The small provençal fishing village Port Grimaud is a lagoon village, which, because of its many canals also known as "Little Venice". The colourful painted houses with their tiled roofs covered by bricks, shady spots and many small romantic bridges invite you to linger. Since Port Grimaud is closed to car traffic, you can enjoy the atmosphere of this town either by foot or from one of the many water taxis.
Port Grimaud, which was designed by the architect Francois Spoerry only on the drawing board is very controversial because of its design, but this is the charm of this little town is not noted.
